Psycho Soldier is a 1987 platform video game developed and published by SNK for arcades. It is a distant sequel to Athena. Ocean Software on their Imagine label released home computer versions of the game for the ZX Spectrum, Commodore 64 and Amstrad in 1987. It is the first appearance of Athena Asamiya, a descendant of the original Athena, who would be more well known for her appearances in The King of Fighters series of games.
